Mansfield
at Massachusetts All State Meet Novermber 19, 2011
For the second consecutive year, Mansfield's Boys Cross Country Team concluded their season by finishing 9th at the All State Meet. The team grouped well as the top five ran within six seconds of heach other and 6th runner was only 2 more seconds behind. However, the grouping was too far back and the team was not able to make a serious threat at the top five. Arch rival Oliver Ames, whom the Hornets beat in a tough Hockomock Championship matchup finished a surprising 3rd in the meet.
Mansfield now takes off for the Thanksgiving Holidays and will return for the indoor season on November 28, 2011.
Happy Thanksgiving everyone.....
