1. Please do not arrive early for your assigned
practice slot
2. NO SPITTING ON SURFACE OR IN WATER FOUNTAINS
3. NO ACCESS TO ATHLETIC TREATMENT CENTER
4. ONLY USE DESIGNATED PRACTICE EQUIPMENT

5. Please sweep and rake the sand pit when done
6. Use trash barrels for spitting
7. Remain in the field house at all times
8. Respect our locker rooms
9. NO SPIKES AT ALL TIMES
10. Bring own starting blocks
11. Pick up your trash and belongings at the end of practice
